Uploading and security

• By contributing to the resource repository, you agree to submit resources about tobacco, e-cigarettes, or related products. ( OLD: smoking or smoking free)

• All resources or documents uploaded must not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) under the guideline of HIPAA privacy laws.

• Contributors uploading publicly available resources should provide a direct link to the page. 

• Contributors must ensure documents are free of virus or other type of malware before uploading. Files can be scanned for viruses using an anti-virus software.

• Contributors should include original owner contact information.

• Uploaded files can be in the following formats: word doc (doc, docx), rtf, txt, xls, xlsx, xml, csv, image files (jpg, png, tiff), ppt, pdf, mp3, mp4, mov, htm, html.

• By contributing to the resource repository, you attest that you have permission to share this content.
